Late once more, this time due to having been out traveling and only recently arriving back home. This’ll probably be a relatively brief post.
I’m just plain old late this week. Watched the episode Thursday evening but didn’t get around to finishing writing about it until this afternoon.
It’s especially interesting since all of a sudden, it looks like this season may be on the upswing, between this last episode and the preview for the next one! I’ve done a pretty rapid turnaround in how I feel about the season from last week. Let’s dig in to this week’s events…
As you will find if you look through the blog’s archives, a lot of my content here over the past eight months or so has been coverage from my time as a coach during the third season of r/BackyardBaseball’s league’s third season, which is currently in its final weeks.
I plan to continue participating in the league for Season 4 and beyond, but I do not intend to include regular coverage of future BBL activities in this blog. Why? Partially because doing writeups for every single game can be difficult and is no longer as rewarding as it was when I was starting, and partially because I’ve established a new site dedicated specifically to BBL content, and for the league as a whole more than my own teams. Any coverage of my games will now be posted there, as well as league analysis, other game recaps, and any other BBL content.

It’s possible that I may post more general Backyard Baseball content, or more in-depth recaps of my participation, on this site in the future.
